SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

Thread Armours specializes in made-to-order products and custom or personalized items. Products may be manufactured specifically after an order is placed based on the product, size, design, specifications, measurements, or customization information selected or provided by the customer.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin specifically for your purchase after the order is accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, materials, dimensions, designs, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors and visual appearance may vary depending on your monitor, screen, device settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, and materials.

Minor variations in stitching, embroidery, texture, finish, color, placement, or other handcrafted/manufacturing details may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and images may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 — MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Because Thread Armours products are made to order, customers should carefully review all order information before completing checkout.

This may include:

• Product selection
• Size
• Measurements
• Color
• Design
• Customization details
• Names, text, or other personalization
• Shipping address
• Contact information

For custom or personalized orders, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

If you provide incorrect measurements, sizing information, spelling, personalization details, or other specifications, Thread Armours is not responsible for resulting differences or issues caused by the information supplied by you.

Where we require additional measurements or information, production may not begin until the required information has been received and reviewed.

Our design or production team may contact you using the contact information provided with your order when clarification is required.

SECTION 4 — HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

To place an order:

1. Select the appropriate product and size using the applicable size chart.
2. Complete your purchase securely through Shopify checkout.
3. For custom orders, provide the required measurements or customization details through Thread Armours chat or support@threadarmours.com when requested.
4. Our design team may review the information provided and confirm production requirements and estimated production timing.
5. Once the required details are confirmed, your order will proceed to production.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and provided accurate order details.

SECTION 5 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

An order is not considered fully accepted until Thread Armours confirms the order and receives the required payment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect customer information
• Inability to manufacture the requested product
• Shipping restrictions
• Violation of these Terms

Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production or customization has started, we may be unable to cancel the order. Cancellation requests are therefore not guaranteed after an order has been accepted or entered production.

If an order is cancelled by Thread Armours before production or under circumstances where a refund is appropriate, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Thread Armours products are made to order and, unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or failure to review product information before ordering.

This includes products that have been manufactured specifically according to the customer's selected size, measurements, design, or customization.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos where applicable.

We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

SECTION 7 — PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, as reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country or applicable authorities.

Promotional offers may have separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by your bank, payment provider, customs authority, or other third party.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Thread Armours ships orders to the destinations made available at checkout.

Because our products are made to order, an order may require a production period before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Any production or delivery timeframe displayed on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs processing
• Import inspections
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes or labor disruptions
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact support@threadarmours.com with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate the shipment.

SECTION 9 — CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Thread Armours does not control customs processing times or the fees assessed by government authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.

Your purchases are made directly with Thread Armours. Shopify is not the seller of Thread Armours products and is not responsible for the products we sell or for our obligations to customers, except as may otherwise be required by applicable law.
